Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to serviceable pin codes across India (Pan India delivery). If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you on WhatsApp before charging or will refund any amount paid.

2. Dispatch timelines

Ready-made designs are packed and dispatched after your order is confirmed and, for online payments, after payment succeeds. Made-to-order and custom pieces take longer — we confirm the expected dispatch date with you on WhatsApp before you commit.

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier conditions; we share tracking details once the parcel is on its way.

3. Packaging

Every piece is wrapped and boxed to survive transit. Display cakes are fragile decorative items, so please unpack carefully and keep the packaging until you have inspected the product.

4. Delivery attempts

Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. Please keep the phone number on your order reachable, since couriers call before delivery. If a parcel returns to us after failed attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; re-shipping costs may apply.

5. Delays

Festivals, weather and courier load can delay delivery beyond our estimate. If your order is running late, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase the courier for you.

6. Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. We confirm the final amount before dispatch.
