1. What our products are

Our cakes are decorative display cakes made from non-edible materials. They are built for bakery showcases, window displays and photography only, and must never be eaten. Keep them away from children and food contact surfaces.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and change prices or availability at any time, but an order already confirmed keeps its confirmed price.

An order is accepted once we confirm it (online payment success or COD confirmation on WhatsApp). In the rare case we cannot fulfil an order, we cancel it and refund any amount paid.

3. Payments

Online payments are handled by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Cash on Delivery is available where offered at checkout; COD orders are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Never share OTPs or payment credentials with anyone claiming to be our staff — we will never ask for them.

4. Custom designs

Custom designs start after you approve the design, size and price on WhatsApp or email. Approved custom orders follow the same delivery and damage terms as ready-made designs.

5. Use of the website

You agree to give accurate order and delivery details, not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the site, and not to copy our product photos or descriptions for commercial use without permission.

6. Liability

Our display cakes are decorative products. We are not liable for how they are used after delivery, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
